大肠癌的直接侵犯及其X线,B超检查

DIRECT INVASION OF LARGE INTESTINAL CARCINOMA AND ITS X-RAY AND ULTRASOUNIC EXAMINATIONS

Carcinoma of large intestine may invade the ileum proximally or invade the anal canal distally, along the intestinal wall longitudinally. It may involve the intestinal wall transcrvely resulting in perforation or may also penetrated to the adjacent organs forming sinus through the intestinal wall. Analysis was made on 22 cases of direct invasion of large intestinal carcinoma and condusions were drawn as following: 1) As comparing carcinoma with inflammation of the large intestine, the former usually invade directly to the intestine surround the lumen, however the latter spread mainly along the intestinal wall. 2) More often carcinoma of large intestine penetrate the adjacent organs than acute intestinal perforation resulting in diffuse, peritonitis. 3) Carcinoma of cecum invades the terminal ileum was not rare actully. 4) The deeper was the large intestinal carcionma invade the intestinal wall, the more lymph nodes would be metastasized. This data suggested that the examination of barium enema combined with ultrasound was not only simple but was also casier to find out the spreading situation of large intestinal carcinoma comprehensively.
