鹿蹄草提取物的抑菌作用比较研究

摘    要:通过乙醚提取、萃取和BioGel-P层析分离,从东北鹿蹄草中提取出了一种脂溶性的组分,结晶为黄色.经紫外吸收光谱和13C-NMR谱鉴定,确定为萘醌类化合物.抑菌实验显示,该物质对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌和肺炎克雷伯菌均有一定的抑制作用,但对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制最强.

Abstract:A fat-soluble ingredient is extracted by ether extraction and separated by BioGel-P chromatography from northeast wintergreen,the colour of the crystallization is yellow.It is proved to be a naphthaquinone by ultraviolet absorption spectrum and 13C-NMR bacteriostasis and to have bacteriostatic activity.The bacteriostasis test showed that this matter inhibitioned the growth of staphylococcus aureus,hemolytic streptococcus,bacillus pyocyaneus and Klebsiella pneumoniae,and it is the strongest in the action to staphylococcus aureus.
