论林业可持续发展背景下的森林经理学科建设

从可持续发展的要求出发，提出传统森林经理学科存在的主要问题：学科思想不适应林业的发展；教学内容与林业实践之间不协调。提出了学科建设的思路：树立可持续发展的森林经营观念；注重教学与林业实践之间的紧密结合；造就一批既有森林经理实践经验又有教育经验的教育工作者；紧跟林业发展前沿，补充和更新教材（教学）内容；用系统论的观点、方法和手段解决传统森林经理学在认识和方法上存在的问题．

On the Construction of "Forest Management" Discipline under the Context of Sustainable Development of Forestry

Starting from the requirements Of sustainable development, the main problems existing in the traditional ＂Forest Management＂ discipline are pointed out： academic thinking fails to to adapt to the development of forestry; teaching content is discordant with forestry practices. Suggestions on disciplinary construction is put forward： establishing the concept of sustainable forest management development; focusing on integration between teaching and forestry practices; cultivating a large number of educators who have both the forest management practices and the teaching experiences; catching up closely with the cutting edge of fbrestry development by supplementing and updating the teaching materials; Solving the current methodological and understanding problems in traditional ＂Forest Management＂ discipline with the views, methods and means of System Theory.
