ZGMn13加热精车表面质量分析

摘    要:对ZGMn13钢试棒分别进行普通及加热精车试验,结果表明,在同一切削试验条件下,加热精车表面质量较优,表面粗糙度可降低一级;二者纵向粗糙度几乎相同,但加热精车横向粗糙度显著减少;加热精车表面加工硬化程度及深度均明显地小于普通精车;加热精车表层孪晶带细而疏,而普通精车表层孪晶带粗而密,且横向截面还存在明显的鳞刺纤维层,夹杂呈带状分布。加热精车表层亚结构主要为位错,而普通精车主要为孪晶,它可能是加工硬化和形成鳞刺的微观根源。

Abstract:Test of steel ZGMn13 with hot and ordinary finish turning shows that under same conditions of turning test the surface quality of hot turning is superior to that of ordinary turning. Surface roughness of hot turning may be decreased by one degree.The longitudinal roughness of both two-processes is almost the same, but the transverse roughness of hot turniing is decreased obviously. The work hardening capacity and depth of hot turning are less than those of ordinary turning. The twin band in surface layer is fine and rare and that of ordinary turning is thick and dense, on its transverse section obviously exist fibrous layer of scale-stab and band distribution of inclusions. The substructure in surface layer of hot turning is primarily disloction and that of ordinary turning is twin, which may be the micro-origin of forming work hardening and scalestab.
