磁性聚乙二醇微球固定化辅酶维生素B6的研究

摘    要:以制备的磁性聚乙二醇胶体粒子为载体,戊二醛为交联剂,固定化辅酶维生素B6,对固定化的条件进行了探索,确定了固定化的最佳条件:室温下,0.03g磁性聚乙二醇微球与5mL(8%)戊二醛交联,固定0.01g辅助酶维生素B6;振荡时间为12小时。

Abstract:Vitamin B6 is immobilized on magnetic polyethylene particle with glutaraldehyde by cross-linking reaction. The condition for immobilization and the characterization of the immobilized enzyme are studied. The optimal condition for immobilization is as follows:under room temperature, 0.03g magnetic polyethylene glycol microsphere is treated with 5ml(8%)glutaraldehyde, then 0.01g vitamin B6. The reaction time is 12h.
