Abstract:On the basis of the former systematic experimental researches, the regression multianalysis method is applied to analyze the influencing factors on the viscosity change of W/O heavy-oil in the course of emulsification in this paper. The affecting factors consist of the temperature of W/O heavy-oil, the percentage of water added in oil, the mechanical agitating velocity and the mechanical agitating time. From the results of the regression multianalysis , it is found that ,among the affecting factors, the temperature of the heavy-oil is the most important factor, the percentage of water added in oil is the second important, the mechanical agitating time is the third , and the mechanical agitating velocity is the last important. With the decreasing of the temperature and the increasing of the percentage of water added in oil, the viscosity will increase. The two factors have the relative influencing level, and the temperature is little better. The viscosity of the W/O heavy-oil will also increase as the increasing of the mechanical agitating velocity and the mechanical agitating time The mechanical agitating velocity and the mechanical agitating time also have the same influencing level , and the mechanical agitating time is little better than the mechanical agitating velocity .5tabs., 6refs.
