摘    要:利用介质阻挡放电氩等离子体方法对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维进行表面处理,从而研究纤维处理前后纤维束的机械力学性能的变化、纤维束与树脂粘合性能的改善情况。通过优化的方法,找出合理的工艺参变数,为工业化应用奠定基础。

Abstract:Surface treatment about ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers is done by argon plasma method of dielectric barrier discharge in this paper. The change of mechanical properities of fiber assemblies after treatment and bonding improvement situation between fiber assemblies and epoxy resin are also studied. The proper technological parameters are found by optimal methods so that fibers after surface treatment can be used in industrialized production.
