微粒场全息图自动分析技术的研究

摘    要:利用数字图象处理系统及相应的软件.实现对柴油机燃油喷雾场全息图的自动分 析.统计单位体积内油粒的大小、数目及分布.简要叙述喷雾场全息图的拍摄及再现。 着重介绍自动分析全息图的方法,如聚焦粒子的判断,灰度阈值的选取,分辨率及放 大率的考虑及插值运算等。给出了离轴雾场全息图的实际处理数据.自动分析的结果 与其它方法统计的结果符合,但时间大为缩短.为研究柴油机雾场和其它类似场合提 供了强有力的研究手段。

Abstract:With the help of the digital image processing system as well as the corresponding software, the auto-data processing on the spray field hologram of a diesel nozzle is achieved for counting and sizing the oil dropltes.Taking and reconstructing the hologram is briefly described. The techniques of auto-analysis are introduced,such as determining the focus particle imag,esetting density threshold, considering resolution and the am- plification,and the interpolation,etc.The processed results of an off-axis ho logramare listed which well coincide with those obtained by other method, but the time for processing a frame of picture is much shorter. It offers a powerful means for studying the spray field of the diesel engine or other similar fields.
