| 摘 要： | 介绍小型荧光计在走航过程中连续自动测定叶绿素的基本原理及其仪器的校正，并与台湾海峡及厦门西海域萃取荧光法测定叶绿素浓度进行对比，讨论了结果的差异性。

| Abstract: | The concept and calibration for in-situ continuous measurement of Chlorophyll concentration have been described. Comparing with the Chrolophyll a concentration determined by fluorescence analysis, we also discuss the different results of both methods performed in Taiwan Strait and Xiamen Harbour. |
