连铸连轧和冷装热轧并存环境下的炼钢2连铸生产调度模型与算法

摘    要:针对连铸连轧和冷装热轧并存环境下的炼钢-连铸生产调度问题,建立了基于浇次开浇时间的炉次指派和作业排序模型.在该模型中,通过浇次开浇时间单位提前/拖期成本的惩罚值的控制可以协调炼钢-连铸和热轧生产环节之间的匹配关系.对所建立的模型,提出了基于遗传算法和线性规划的实用算法,并给出了源于实际生产数据的计算实例.

Abstract:A cast starting time based mathematical model considering both machine allocation and heat sequencing is established for the steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling problem in DHCR(direct hot charge rolling) and CCR(cold charge rolling) environment.The model can coordinate the continuous casting and hot-rolling production stages by adjusting the value of penalty coefficients on the deviation of the cast starting times.For the model established in this paper,a practical solution method based on genetic algorithm and linear programming is developed,and the computing experience with data from a practical production process is shown.
