摘    要:基于智能功率模块(IPM),提出了一种简化的以三相相电压的大小来判断具体扇区的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法,分析了算法原理,并给出了算法流程.在不同载波比N和调制度M下,用MATLAB软件对参考电压矢量各扇区分布、调制信号、直流电压利用率及输出电压谐波等进行了仿真研究,分析得出N影响到参考电压矢量扇区分布和谐波性能,M将影响到调制波形、直流电压利用率和谐波含量,合适的N和M有利于提高SVPWM总体性能.利用TMS320F2812DSP进行了实验,验证了算法的有效性。

Abstract:A simple algorithm of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) based on intelligent power module (IPM) was presented using the value of three phase voltage as the judgment rules of the sector. The principle of it was described and the algorithm flow was given. The sector distribution patterns of the reference voltage vectors, modulation signals, DC bus voltage utilization and the harmonics of output line voltages were analyzed by MATLAB software at different modulation index M and frequency modulation index N. The simulation results show that the frequency modulation index N will affect the distribution pattern of the reference vector and the harmonic characteristic. The modulation index M will affect the modulation waveform, DC bus voltage utilization and the harmonic content. Appropriate N and M will improve the holistic performance of the SVPWM algorithm. The experiment was implemented by DSP of TMS320F2812. The results validate the algorithm.
