摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直电泳技术,对采白海南三亚、香港和福建平潭3个野生杂色鲍种群,以及1个种源来自台湾的九孔鲍养殖群体共4个群体的6种同工酶系统进行分析,共检测到10个基因位点,其中2个为多态位点(多态位点比例为20%),每个位点平均等位基因数为1.2;4个群体都不同程度地表现出纯合子过剩、杂合子不足,遗传变异量偏低.群体间遗传相似系数与遗传距离以及UPGMA聚类分析的结果表明:4个群体之间的遗传差异不大,遗传距离均小于0.01.属于种群差异水平.九孔鲍和杂色鲍的遗传差异达不到亚种水平.

Abstract:In this study,population of Haliotis diversicolor from Taiwan,Hongkong,Pingtan Fujian and Sanya Hainan have been investigated genetically using protein gel electrophoresis.Using six isozyme,we finally found ten alleles,and two of them were heterozygous.The Mean number of alleles per locus was accounted and the result is 1.2.Mean number of alleles per locus (A),mean expected heterozygosity per locus(H_e),mean observed heterozygosity per locus(H_o)and inbreeding coefficient(F) are accounted too.The result of these four indices suggested more or less homozygote excess,heterozygote deficiency and low genetic diversity among four populations of H.diversicolor.Genetic similarity,genetic distance were accounted as well.The results of phylogenetic analyses showed low genetic diversity among these four geographical populations.The genetic distance between each pairs of population was less than 0.01.According to these results,we considered that H.diversicolor diversicolor and H.diversicolor supertexta could not be seen as subspecies,they are just the geographical populations.
