| 摘 要： | 在Ba(ClO4)2存在下，用2，2-(5-甲酰基-2-呋喃基)烷(1a，1b)与三乙烯四胺模板缩合，接着用饱和硫酸钠溶液脱钡离子，合成了含二个呋喃环系的19-元西佛碱大环化合物(4a，4b),新型含四个呋喃环系的26-元西佛碱大环(2a，2b，3a，3b)，通过2，2-(5-甲酰基-2-呋喃基)烷(1a，1b)与乙二胺或邻苯二胺由非模板法直接合成，产率高。

| Abstract: | membered Schiff base macrocycles (4a, 4b) incorporating two furan units as ring constituents were synthesized by template condensation of 2,2-bis (5-formyl-2-furyl) alkane (1a, 1b) and triethylenetetramine in the presence of Ba(ClO_4)_2 in ethanol at room temperature, followed by removal of the barium ion with saturated sodium sulfate solution. However, novel 26-membered Schiff base macrocycles (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) with four furan units were synthesized by a nontemplate method starting from 2,2-bis (5-formyl-2-furyl) alkane (1a, 1b) and ethylenediamine or diamonobenzene under high dilution conditions in excellent yields. |
