Thinking on Some Problems about Working Out and Carrying Out Rural Settlement Plan

In order to make the rural settlement plan scientific,advanced and manageable,it is necessary to recognize the local social and economic features, to take whole situation into account and to note the coordination with the plan of master town and orther rural settlements nearby. Some unexpected difficulties and problems may be met when carrying out the plan,so the management function of the local government should be reinforced and some purposive measures must be taken in order that the plan can be ensured to carry out along the correct way.
