| 摘 要： | 分析了传统控制图应用于柔性制造系统存在的问题和不足 ,提出了一种新的用于小批量生产质量控制的单值控制图 ,它采用可变的控制界限方法 ,所建立的控制界限不受样本数量的限制 ,从而使它在柔性制造系统中得到有效的运用 .

| Abstract: | High flexible, high automatic manufacturing system based on small batch production is the trend in future. The paper analyzes the traditional control chart shortcoming and proposes a new individual control chart that the control limits is changeable regardless of the number of observations. The control chart could not only be used in small batch production but also used in large batch production. |
