| Abstract: | A class of nonconforming finite elements is considered, which is onlycontinuous at the nodes of the quasi -- uniform mesh. The authors show the geometricconvergence,independent of the mesh parameter, of the Marini -- Quarteroni algorithmfor the self -- ad joint elliptic problems discretized by the nonconforming element.Numerical results coincide with the theoretical analysis. |
