| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外高校图书馆残疾读者服务方式和服务特点的广泛调查和研究,提出了适合我国特点的高校图书馆残疾读者服务的几点设想,论证了高校图书馆"以人为本,服务至上"的原则,尽最大努力满足每一位读者的阅读需要,让残疾读者能自由的、无障碍地利用图书馆。
