摘    要:以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,异丁烯为烷化剂,研究了苯酚连续烷基化反应合成2,4 二叔丁基苯酚的反应工艺 结果表明:使用流化床和固定床串联工艺,苯酚转化率≥99.0%,2,4 二叔丁基苯酚的单程收率≥64%,反应效果优于单独的流化床反应工艺

Abstract:The synthesis process of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol was studied in a tubular consecution fluid bed reactor and a fixed bed reactor respectively, while isobutylene was used as alkylating agent and strong acidity positive ion exchange resin as catalyst. The result demonstrated that the reaction can be gone on successfully under a placid condition ,while using a fluid bed reactor connecting a fixed bed reactor. The conversion ratio of phenol was≥99.0%, and the yield of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol was ≥64%. The result was better than that of using fluid bed reactor separately.
