摘    要:在分析河网水体稀释容量和自净容量的基础上,以太湖流域“引江济太”工程为契机,探讨河网水系污染物稀释扩散和截留净化规律,建立河网稀释净污需水量的计算模式,给出引水总量和流量确定的方法.以张家港市引长江水改善市区河网水环境工程为例,研究引长江水改善水环境的总体方案和实施的可行性,运用河网一维水量水质模型,分析计算各种引水方案,并进行引水效果预测评估,确定了张家港市区河网的引水量和引水方案,为“引江济太”工程的实施提供理论依据和技术支持.

Abstract:For implementation of the Yangtze River-Taihu Lake Water Transfer Project, it is necessary to study the correlation theory on polluted water dilution by outside water. Based on an analysis of the dilution capacity and self-purification capacity of water bodies, the laws of pollutant dilution, dispersion, interception, and purification are discussed for river networks. Then a calculation model for water demand by pollutant dilution is developed, and methods for determination of the total volume of water diversion and flow rate are also given. With the project of water diversion from the Yangtze River to Zhangjiagang City for improvement of water environment of urban rivers as an example, the overall plan and its feasibility are studied. With the 1-D water volume and water quality model for river networks, and by comparison of various water diversion schemes and assessment of the effect of water diversion, a reasonable scheme for and the volume of water diversion are determined. The research provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the Yangtze River-Taihu Lake Water Transfer Project.
