| Abstract: | As leaders of a university, we have much to learn from the report of the 16~(th) National congress of CPC. Great importance should be attached to enhancing capability of running a school. Several suggestions are put forward as to positioning our university, nurturing its characteristics, improving its quality and conditions. The above factors are indispensable to the successful development of a university. |
