微机毛条质量监测装置

本文介绍一种用于生产现场监测毛条质量的便携式微机装置。该装置由单板计算机,输入信号适配器,直流稳压电源和16针微型打印权组成。采用交流220V电源供电。该装置能对生产过程进行监测,最多可同时处理八路信号。当处在监测状态时,监测结果既可在七段数码管上显示,也可由打印机输出。根据不同的需要,用户可选择不同的功能,例如:随机监测,连续监测,越限监测等等。最大值,最小值,平均值和不匀率可被显示或打印出来。因此,对分析和控制毛条的质量提供了可靠依据。

A COMPUTERIZED QUALITY MONITORING DEVICE FOR WOOLLEN TOP PRODUCTION

This article introduces the portable and computerized instrument used for monitoring the quality of woollen top at worksite. It is composed of a single board computer, an input information adaptor, a D. C. voltage regulator and a 16-pin miniprinter. The power supply is A. C. 220V. It can monitor the process in production and can atmost deal with eight route signals synchronously. When the instrument is on monitoring status, the results can be displayed on seven-segment tubes and can be come out by the mini-printer. According to different needs, users can select several different functions, such as random monitoring, continuance monitoring, over limit monitoring, etc. The maximum value, minimum value, average value and CV% (coefficient of variation) value will be displayed or printed. Therefore, it provides the sound basis for analysing and controlling the quality of woollen top.
