热敏电阻温度传感器的设计

摘    要:本文讨论热敏电阻补偿网络的温度特性及补偿电阻对特性的影响,提出补偿电阻的优化计算方法,OFK—1等多种自动控温器应用表明;采用这种方法设计的温度传感头具有电路简单;非线性误差小,价格便宜等优点.

Abstract:This paper deseribes the retationship between parallel resistor R (x) and the temperaturel charactcristics of equivalent temperature-sensitive resistors R(T ) and proposes the ptimal calculaing equations for parallel resistor R(x). The application of many kinds of temperature-control device (such as QFK-1 ) has proved that this kind of designing method has the advantages of circuit simplictiy, less nonlinearized error, and lower cost.
