| 摘 要： | 采用PCR方法,扩增并克隆了金鱼的IGF2基因.序列分析结果显示:金鱼的IGF2基因共包括有4个外显子和3个内含子,开放阅读框长606 bp,编码201个氨基酸;编码序列与斑马鱼有85%一致性;蛋白质序列与斑马鱼的有80.9%的一致性.RT-PCR证明金鱼IGF2基因在鳃、心脏、肾、肌肉、尾鳍、雌雄性腺等组织中均有表达.

| Abstract: | Crassius auratusa insulin-like growth factor 2(IGF2) gene clone was obtained by using PCR approach.Sequence analysis showed that the genomic structure of IGF2 is composed of four exons and three introns and the entire open reading frame of IGF2 is 606 bp,which was predicted encode a protein of 201 amino acid residues.Homology between Crassius auratusa and zebrafish was 85% at the nucleotide level and 80.9% at the protein level.mRNA detection analysis with RT-PCR approach revealed that IGF2 expressed in Crassius auratusa's gill,heart,kidney,muscle,tail fin,male and female gonads. |
