摘    要:应用Wolbachia的ftsZ基因和16SrDNA特异引物,通过PCR扩增法检测栗瘿蜂Dryocosmus kuriphilus(Yasumastu)6个地理种群(河北保定、山东泰安、甘肃陇南、湖南株洲、湖南怀化、福建福州)体内Wolbachia感染情况.结果表明:野外采集的6个地理种群全为雌性个体;湖南株洲、福建福州两个地理种群体内有Wolbachia感染,感染率分别为25.0%和87.9%,其余4个地理种群未发现Wolbachia的感染.

Abstract:This paper mainly uses ftsZ gene and 16Sr DNA special primer of Wolbachia and PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) to test Wolbachia infection of the six geographic populations of Dryocosmus kuriphilus(Yasumastu)(BaoDing of Hebei provice,Tai'an of Shangdong provice,Longnan of Gansu province,Zhuzhou of Hunan province,Huaihua of Hunan province and Fuzhou of Fujian province).The result showes that the six populations collected from field are all females.Zhuzhou an Fuzhou populations have been found infection with Wolbachia,the percentage of infection is 25.0% and 87.9% respectively and no Wolbachia infection was found in the other four geographic populations.
