摘    要:应用局部应力应变法基本原理,提出通过裂纹萌生和扩展求解轴类件疲劳寿命的计算方法.建立U型切口轴疲劳寿命的计算模型,应用Ansys11.0有限元分析软件,分析扭转载荷下,U型切口参数对轴的疲劳寿命的影响,得到切口圆角半径、缺口深度对轴的疲劳寿命的影响曲线.引入径宽比参量k求得圆角半径的最佳取值范围.结果表明:U型切口圆角半径存在最优值,解决了U型切口圆角半径取值问题.

Abstract:Based on the basic principle of the local stress-strain method,we put forward a new method to calculate the fatigue life of the shaft at its crack initiation and expansion.By establishing the relevant model of calculation and making use of the finite element software Ansys11.0,we studied the effect of incision parameters of U-shaped notch on the fatigue life of the shaft under torsional loading.The path-width ratio parameter k was introduced and the best range of the radius was obtained.The results showed that the fillet radius of the notch had an optimal value,thus having the value problem solved.
