基于三维均匀化方法的复合材料本构数值模拟

摘    要:论从小参数渐进展开和摄动方法的均匀化理论出发,构造了满足非协调元分片检验条件(TPC)的形函数,并且对单向纤维增强复合材料的弹性本构进行了数值模拟,结果表明该方法可得到较为准确的复合材料等效模量,并在一定程度上克服了一般等参元在模拟材料等效弹性常数所得结果过大,刚度过刚的弱点。

Abstract:Aperturbational method based homogenization method i s formulated to simulate theconstitutive properties of undirectional fiber rein forced composite materials by means ofthree-dimensional incompatiable finite e lement models which meet the patch testconditions(PTC). Numerical tests were co nducted of three dimensional compositestructures. It is found that more accurat e results of effective modulus are obtained. Itis also proved that the approach developed in this paper is more reliable and efficienctthan isoparameter FEM.
