吊车桁架节点板应力测试和分析计算

摘    要:通过对某钢结构吊车桁架节点板静态应力测试,获得实测资料,利用有限元方法对该钢吊车桁架节点板进行了计算分析,将两种结果进行对比,得出吊车桁架下弦节点板应力比其它结点平均高出37%(计算)、50%(实测),是疲劳的薄弱环节,在设计和鉴定时应对此位置进行疲劳考虑。

Abstract:Static stress test of gusset plate of a certain crane truss girder got the test data,and the gusset plate was analyzed and calculated by finite element method.Compared with the two results above,the fatigue stress of bottom chord gusset plate was higher 37%(calculation) and 50%(test data) than the others on average,which was sensitive to fatigue.Its position of fatigue stress must be considered when crane truss girder are designed and appraised.
