| 摘 要： | 近几年大学城的建设规模增长过于迅速,可持续发展的问题日益突出.本文比较了国内外大学城的形成方式,分析了影响大学城发展的“显性模式与隐性模式”因素,构建了大学城可持续发展评价指标体系的框架,提出了大学城物质空间与人文情怀的和谐发展理念.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the growth of University City construction scale in China is extremely rapid,and its sustainable development is becoming more and more important.So,we compared the different formation modes between domestic and foreign University Cities,and analyzed the factors of dominance pattern and recessive pattern,which influenced the development of University Cities.Finally, we proposed the concept of harmonious development between material building and humane care for the sustainable development of University Cities in China. |
