| Abstract: | A new derivation on the Mirror Constant Current Sourrce in Integrated Circuit and its further proof has been given in the article. The new derivation is different from the Common popular one that was adopted by textbooks on Electronic Circuit (abbreviated to the textbook) in both china and foreign Countries.The author convinced that his new derivationt tallies with the practical Circuit model. |
