人工栽培细茎石斛中微量元素含量研究

摘    要:目的:对人工种植细茎石斛进行微量元素含量研究;方法:利用干法灰化处理样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱测定细茎石斛中9种微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Co、N i、Cr、Cd、Pb的含量;结果:RSD值在0.03%~3.74%之间,回收率为101.1%~107.3%,铁元素含量最高。

Abstract:Objective: to trace elements in Dendrobium moniliforme were determined by Acetylene flame; Meth- od: to Process samples uses High-temperature ashing and acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, 9 trace elements Such as Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Co, Ni, Cr, Cd, Pb of wild Dendrobium moniliforme were determined ; Results: RSD 0. 03% -3.74% Recovery 101.1% - 107.3%.
