Probe into the Underemployment of Female University Students

Under the condition that the total employment situation of graduated students is not optimistic,the underemployment of the female university students is more serious. This paper expounds the background of the current underemployment of female university students,analyzes the reasons of the underemployment of the female university students and the harmful effects of this phenomenon on the society,and from the angles of the government,university and female students,puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the employment of female university students.
