关于Neuber应力集中公式的研究

摘    要:Neuber H.曾对反平面剪切荷载的等直体在任意非线性应力应变关系下的应力集中行为进行了研究,建立了相应的应力集中公式Kσ K■ =Kt2.其后,Newman未加证明地将上述公式推广到合裂纹体的单轴受力断裂分析中,本文就 Neuber的应力集中公式应用于平面受力情形的可靠性.进行了探讨。发现:Neuber在反平面受力下推导出的弹塑性应力集中公式,没有能在平面受力下得到证实。对某些应力水平.KK值明显地偏离Neuber公式

Abstract:In this paper the problem of elasto-plastic stress concentration for elastoplastic deformation is investigated by perturbation method. Comparing the results of finite element analysis by authors and the others experimental results, the value of (K K )/K with respect to stress level in the whole range of elasto-plasticity is obtained and it is found that the Neuber's stress concentration formula can not be varified under plane stress state. Furthermore, to pay attention to above mentioned difference, Neuber's formula still may be approximately accepted, if the above mentioned difference is considered.
