CuO/ZnO/ZrO_2催化剂上CO_2氢化反应的研究

摘    要:本文在研究CuO/ZnO/ZrO_2催化剂上CO_2+H_2反应动力学的基础上,通过TPD-MS测试及表观活化能的测算,探讨了CO_2+H_2合成甲醇的反应途径以及第三组份ZrO_2对合成甲醇的促进作用。结果表明,CO_2+H_2反应过程存在合成甲醇及水煤气转换这两个平行的竞争反应。ZrO_2加入CuO/ZnO双组份催化剂中,改善了催化剂的催化性能。

Abstract:Based on the kinetic study of CO_2+H_2 reaction over CuO/ZnO/ZrO_2 catalyst underlower pressure,we studied the reaction route of methanol formation from CO_2+H_2.Through TPD—MSand the change of the activation energies,we studied the promotion of ZrO_2 on CuO/ZnO/ZrO_2 cata-lyst of methanol synthesis.The results showed that methanol was formed directly from CO_2 and the re-verse water——gas shift reaction(RWGS)taked place in parallel.The addition of ZrO_2decreased the surfaceacidic property of CuO/ZnO catalyst,largely decreased the activation energy of CO_2 and changed theactivation energies of each of the products,made CO_2+H_2 reaction towards the methanol formationinhigher temperature.TPD—MS results proved that the addition of ZrO_2 not only increased the methanolformation species H_2COO,but also changed the ratio of methanol formation species and CO,increased thecompetition ability of methanol formation reaction in main reaction,and promoted the methanol forma-tion ability from CO_2+H_2 in reaction temperature.
