XL-HO_1在人和动物细胞培养中的应用

摘    要:本文报道了9种细胞,在含有不同浓度的XL-HO_1加小牛血清(NBSC)的RPMI-1640培养基(M2-M4)中的生长率,以及这些细胞在仅含有20%NBSC的RPMI-1640培养基(Ml)和仅含有20%XL-HO_1,的RPMI-1640培养基(M5)中的生长率进行比较。实验结果表明:各种细胞在5种培养基(Ml-M5)中的生长率并无显著差异,证明XL-HO_1,和NBSC的效用相同,可作为NBSC的代用品,或者与NBSC配合,作为人和动物细胞培养基的添加成分。

Abstract:The growth rates of nine cells(four human cells and five animal cells)in the RPMI-1640media of various concentration of XI-HO_1,and NVSC(M_2-M_4),and in the RPMI-1640 medium whichcontains only 20% NBSC(M_1),and in the RPMI-1640 medium which contains only 20% XL-HO~1(M_5)were examined and compared.The results showed that the growth rates of nine cells were not significantiy different in these midia.This suggested that the effect of XL-HO~1as the additive on cell culture was as good as NBSC.
