摘    要:禽蛋的生产关系千家万户。目前的孵化机多采用模拟式控制,控制方法多为PID控制,而过程含有大延时且时变,导致控温精度低,直接影响孵化率。本文提出的带Smith预估的PI控制器,多数调整简单,适用大时延且时变系统,实践表明系统动静态性能满足要求,为孵化机的现代化提供了一个新途径。

Abstract:Hatching chickens is very important to our life. We use simulated control in most of incubator and the PID control is the normal control method now. Because there is a long delay and time-variance , the temperature precision is very low ,which influences incubation probability. A kind of PI controller with Smith es-timation is proposed in the paper, the controller has many advantages, for example,it is simple for parameter adjustment and it applies the system with a long delay and time-variance. It has been proved that its dynamic and static properties meet the requirement of modern incubators.
