摘    要:根据轧制打滑状态下轧机系统特点,建立打滑状态下轧制系统的非线性力学和数学模型,并用Krilov-bogolubov方法对非线性力学模型求解,确定了主传动系统产生稳定自激振动时的轧制速度和轧制力之间的关系,给出了计算不同轧制速度下要产生稳定自激振动的最小轧制力的方法;推出了在同一个轧制速度下由于自激振动导致的扭矩放大系数(TAF)与轧制力间的关系。

Abstract:According to the rolling slippage of main drive systems,authors established a universal nonlinear mechanical model for the rolling drive systems and used Krilov Bogolubov method to slove the nonlinear mathematical model. They identified the relationship of rolling normal force and rolling speeds causing the selfexcited vibration of system,and also presented the method of calculating the minimal rolling normal force bringing about the self excited vibration at a certain rolling speed. Also,the relationship between rolling force and torque amplification factors associated with the self excited bivration was derived.
