中成药中As等元素的ICP—AES测定方法

摘    要:对应用ICP-AES法同时测定中成药中的As、Cd、Pb、Sb、Sn等杂质元素进行了系统的研究,试验了不同的样品消解方法、酸度、以及中成药中的常见元素对测定结果的干扰等,并通过添加标准回收试验,对其中的干式灰化方法作了验证,实验结果表明,方法具有快速、操作简单、测定准确度高等特点,适用于实验室的常规检验。

Abstract:In the present work, the impurity-elements As, Cd, Cr, Pb, Sn and Sb in Chinese traditional medicines were simultaneously determined by ICP-AES, and different digestion methods for sample treatment were investigated. The effects of medium, amount of acid and coexistent elements in Chinese traditional medicines were also studied. Meanwhile, a dry-ashing method was applied for sample pretreatment. The accuracy of the measure-ment results was verified by means of recovery of standard. It was proved that ICP-AES is a simple and rapid method for determing the above six elements in Chinese traditional medicines and has high accuracy.
