弹托脱落对射击密集度影响的试验研究

采用一种新的外弹道综合测试方法,对尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹的脱壳影响进行了试验研究。通过对立靶密集度的估算分析,结果发现:弹托脱落的不一致性是造成射弹散布增大的重要原因,也是该类弹丸在密集度试验中出现“离群弹”的根源所在。应用这一结论于产品研制中,通过改善卡瓣分离状态,对于提高密集度已经取得了显著的技术、经济效果,为同类产品的研制提供了新经验。

ExPerimental Study of the Effect of Sabot Discard uPon Firing Density

A new synthetic ballistic testing method has beenused to research experimentally into the effect of sabot discard uponAPFSDS. By calculating and analysis the firing density on verticaltarget it is discovered that the nonuniformity of sabot discard is bothan important cause of increase in dispersion and the essential reasonwhy "scattered shells" takes place in the density testing experimentswith APFSDS. Better technological and economic outcomes have beenobtained for improving firing density by applying this condusionto the design and manufacture of products with improvements in sabotdiscarding states, which provides the design and manufacture ofsimilar products with updated beneficial information.
