摘    要:本文以教学研究为基础,提出体操课不仅要学理论、学技术,更要努力培养学生讲解与语言表达等八种教学能力。同时,提出能力的培养应从端正学习动机、明确学习目的;增加教学实践环节;重视单元教学,进行阶段总结等三个方面实施。

Abstract:This article puts forward, on the basis of teaching research, that gymnastics teachers not only give students theoretical knowledge and skill training during the course ofteaching, but, more important, is to develop students'8 kinds of abilities including theability to explain and express what they should do in smoth language, etc. And,at the same time, the following aspectS should be put into effect, that isa. To take a correct motive of study and make clear the purpose of study;b. To enhance teaching practice;c. To pay attention to each unit of teaching and summary at each stage.
