试论大众化教育与网络化背景下的高校校园文化建设

高教大众化与信息网络化背景下，高校校园文化建设在内容上，既要提升校园文化品位，也要打造特色校园文化，在途径上要切实发挥大学生社团的功能，促进校园文化的多渠道、深层次、高质量的发展；要努力做到建管协调、疏堵结合，争取校园网络文化的主动权。同时，要突出从四个方面入手，适应大众化、网络化对高素质人才的要求，充分发挥校园文化的德育功能。

On College Campus Culture Construction Under Popularization and Network Conditions

Under popularization and network conditions, college campus culture construction has to upgrade its content in order to be one with features. In approach, we must make great efforts to exert the potency of students associations for promoting the development of campus culture with multi-channels, high level and high quality. In management, we must improve the coordination between management and construction to achieve the combination of guidance and confinement, as well as to own the initiative of campus network culture. Meanwhile, the construction should start from four aspects, so as to mcct the requirements of high quality talents, and to bring into full play the moral education of campus culture.
