| Abstract: | As far as the university paper is concerned, its orientation, guarantee of contributions, improvement of quality, and concerning degree of readers are several necessary factors which will decide whether the university paper can healthfully develop and succeed in completing its missions. This thesis, combining the characters of the university paper and the writer's working experiences, discusses the effective ways to prosper and develop the university paper from four aspects. This thesis seems to be a brick used to attract jade. |
