水解酸化在高浓度制药废水处理中的应用性研究

摘    要:对新北江制药厂制药废水处理的预处理工艺水解酸化工艺是否需要曝气与回流及处理效果进行研究,结果表明该水解酸化工艺不需要曝气与回流且该废水经过水解酸化预处理后其可生化性大大提高,使后续的好氧处理工艺取得了良好的处理效果.处理后水质稳定,达到广东省地方污水排放二级标准.

Abstract:Aeration and backflowing is demanded or not for process as pretreatment of wastewater treatment of Xin Beijiang Pharmacy.The result shows that this acidification process doesn't need to be aerated and the wastewater which was treated by process was improved,and the result of aerobic treatment process is perfect.The quality of the effluent is standing,which meets the second standard of the wastewater in the local of Guangdong Province.The process has been widely used for ground.
