紫外分光光度法检测桔皮中总黄酮含量的方法研究

摘    要:为了研究紫外分光光度法测定桔皮中总黄酮含量的可行性.通过精密度、重复性、稳定性及加标回收率等方面的考察确定此方法是否可行.实验结果证明相关性良好,R2=0.999 9,线性范围在0.01~0.05 g/L,加标回收率为99.11%~100.78%,实验结果良好,稳定性RSD=1.34%.因此,紫外分光光度法快速、准确,可以作为桔皮中总黄酮含量的测定方法.

Abstract:In order to study the measurement of total flavonoids content in citrus peels by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and make methodological observation. Based on the contents of linear range,precision, repeatability, stability and the average recovery, the method was studied whether it was feasible. This method had good con'elation( R 2 =0. 999 9) and the linear range was 0. 01 -0. 05 g/L. The result of recovery experiment was great and the stability( RSD = 1. 34% ) was favorable. So using UV spectrophotometry to detect the content of total flavonoids content in citrus peels is a kind of simple and accurate method.
