| 摘 要： | 使用活性炭对蔗糖热聚合产物进行脱色处理。通过比较等温吸附曲线，确定颗粒状活性炭对蔗糖热聚合产物的脱色效果优于粉末状活性炭。单因素实验和正交实验的分析结果表明，当蔗糖热聚合产物溶液浓度为400g／L时，脱色的最佳条件为活性炭用量质量分数2%，温度为80℃，脱色时间为40min。在此条件下脱色率为97．2%。

| Abstract: | Active carbon was utilized to decolorize the amber product of sucrose thermalization,which was for developing fructo-oligosaccharides.Through comparison of absorption isotherms,particle active carbon was applied rather than powder.The otptimum parameters to the 400 g／L solution,which were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments,were quantity of active carbon 2 %,temperature 80 ℃,time 40 minutes.Under this condition,the decoloration rate was 97.2 %. |
