| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生隐性就业是市场经济和高等教育大众化的产物，是大学生就业的现实选择。本文探讨了隐性就业的内涵与发展现状，指出隐性就业将成为高校毕业生就业的主要模式，为加快隐性就业的发展应培育与之配套的机制。

| Abstract: | Recessive occupations of graduates are the products of market economy and popular h igher education and real-li fe choices of graduates during the course of taking up occupations. This text discussed the connotation and status quo of development and indicated that recessive occupations would become the dominating mode graduates obtaining employments. Corresponding foster mechanism should be established to develop the recessive occupations quickly. |
