水-甲酸-乙酸混合物的恒沸分馏

摘    要:以制取甲酸浓度≥90%和乙酸浓度>99%的成品为目的,用乙酸乙酯作恒沸剂可减少脱水塔的理论板数;在26.66kPa操作压力下,用间歇精馏方法制得甲酸、乙酸成品。单程收率:甲酸65%;乙酸80%。通过模拟计算,估算出两个过程的理论塔板数。

Abstract:Research on the separation of the above-mentioned mixture has been made with the purpose of obtaining concentrated formic acid (90% (wt)) and acetic acid (99% (wt)). By employing ethyl acetate as azeotropic agent, the number of theoretical plates in the dehydration column can be reduced. Batchwise distillation under pressure of 28.66kPa was operated with single pass yield of 65% for formic acid and 80% for acetic acid respectively. Through analog computation, the number of theoretical plates has been estimated as well.
