摘    要:根据钢管塑性变形原理及张减变形理论,运用上限元法来构造动可容速度场, 把单元的塑性变形功(率)、速度间断功(率)及摩擦功(率)等表达成单元边界几何位置参数和法向速度参数的函数,并进行速度场的优化,求出钢管张减变形区的速度场,从而为进一步分析钢管张减过程的力能参数打下基础.

Abstract:Based on the theory of plastic deformation and stretch-reducing of tube,using upper limit element method,an active allowed velocity field is established.The unit plastic deformation work(power),gap of velocity work(power) and frictional work(power) are expressed in the function of the unit boundary geometry position parameter and vertical velocity parameter.Finally,the velocity field is optimized.So the velocity field of stretch-reducing section is deduced,which is set the base for further analyzing the pow...
