政府信息化与电子政务

简要介绍了我国政府信息化的概况、电子政务的概念、我国电子政务建设的主要目标及必要性，提出了电子政务发展中应注意的问题，指出推进电子政务建设，能够有效地提升政府形象，搞好政府内网、专网、外网和资源数据库的建设是当务之急。
