基层医院儿童精索静脉曲张腹腔镜手术治疗

目的探讨基层医院开展儿童及青少年精索静脉曲张腹腔镜手术治疗的安全性、可行性。方法回顾分析36例儿童及青少年精索静脉曲张腹腔镜手术治疗的临床资料,其中27例保留睾丸动脉,9例睾丸动静脉集束结扎。结果手术均获成功,手术时间20～50min,平均住院3d。术后症状均改善或消失,所有患者均未发生睾丸萎缩。结论根据基层医院特点,应用腹腔镜技术行儿童精索静脉曲张睾丸动、静脉结扎术,简单安全、易行,患者痛苦少,并发症少,恢复快,效果良好。

Laparoscopic vascular ligation for children with varicoceles in community hospital

Objective:To evaluate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic vascular ligation for children and teenagers with varioceles in community hospital.Methods:Clinical data of 36 cases with laparoscopic vascular ligation for children and teenagers with varioceles were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,27 cases underwent testicular arterey preservation procedure and the other 9 cases underwent testicular arterey division.Results:All operations proved to be successful,the operation time ranged from 20 to 50 minutes,the mean operative time was 35 minutes,the average hospitalization was 3 days.Complete correction of varioceles was achieved in 36 patients after operation.No atrophy of testes could be noted.Conclusions The satisfactory results can be gained from laparoscopic vascular ligation for children and teenagers with varioceles in community hospital.
