| 摘 要： | 目的 研究在医疗护理人员中开展继续职业教育的方式和采用的技术。方法以计算机处理为主要手段，建立基于客户机／服务器模式，应用多媒体数据库，集考核与培训为一体的护理人员继续教育系统。结果与结论 采用计算机进行教学检查是有效和可行的，可使考核与培训同步进行，极大地提高了管理的工作效率，具有一定的实用性和推广价值。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the new way and technology of developing CPE among paramedics. Methods Computerization was the main means. Based on C/S and multimedia database, the paramedics' computer aided continuing education (CACE) system combining examination with training was set up. Results and Conclusion This new method using computer is feasible and effective, it can make examination and training go along in phase, and improve the efficiency of managers very highly, and has some spreading significance. |
